I usually bite my tongue. There are a lot of things I say that people don't want to hear so why bother saying anything. I will not agree with most people as they tend to be opinionated and self-centered.

I usually say it, but honestly it depends on who i am talking to..and if i know what i have to say is really going to cause some damage, i usually try to choke it down, well at least until i can scream it out with out anyone hearing
