if it is just single names, pumkin, sweat heart, honey, wifey, and devil woman was my mom's nick name, just cause my dad was always trying to be funny.

if it's multiple names, like you had one and your spous had one,
sweat - heart
guy=love girl=dove
or if you both like a CARTOON with cartoon characters that like each other, you can use their names
