Ha, you answered your own question. Your giving the girl the attention she's asking for through how she dresses. But then again, mini skirts are very comfortable, and depending on where you university is located, the weather may be hot. Not everyone a shorts person. Also, sometimes girls want to wear short skirts because it makes them feel more confident.

They should be banned off the campus, it's disgusting especially when they bend over & show their knickers. Some dont even wear any.
They should be made to wear long Frocks (see through type).

coz while they are young and attractive they need something to lure the future lawyers and doctors to their MONEYBOX as when they leave college they become fat and lazy slobs who do nothing but sit around with their friends all day and talk shyt
and no man in his right mind would bother with that
unless he himself has no charisma or looks
stuff it go with the flow and tell them their legs look hot and the rest would look better in person after dinner at your place geeeeeez mate avago
you either get told to fargoff or you get taken up on the offer

i have a friend who walks up to chicks and says how about a fark he either gets a slap or a fark and yes he does get farks and yes the chicks are good looking
one more thing he is definately not good looking but has plenty of confidence

Thankfully, for engineering students, all you have is guys around you, and the odd fugly girl to make you cringe a little. The knothole on your desk begins to look really inviting after a while though, so don't spend all your time in the Engineering block.
