Of course apart from the humans, I would say the chimpanzee. A male chimpanzee will have sex with any of the female is his group for the pleasure of it and as a means of letting the other males know that he is the boss. The other males with also have sex for the pure pleasure of it when they get the chance and the "boss" is not looking. Should we call it promiscuous? Not really, but in the sense that you asked your question, yes, the chimpanzee. Lovely chaps!!

even though they are insects, not animals, i'd have to say flies. within seconds of finding each other/being in the same container they mate. It probably has to do with the short lifespan.
