I used to love putting shamrocks on a persons guinness when i used to bartend! This might be hard to explain but I will try...Right as the Guinness gets to be about 3/4 full, slowly pull the tap so the beer is pouring in the middle of glass. Then slowly, by moving the glass, begin to make the shape of a sideways figure 8 (like its laying down) and right as youre finishing the figure 8 in the middle, keep bringing the poor around in a loop on top of the figure 8 to make the top of the shamrock. Continue down to make the stem....I KNOW that was confusing but try it and have fun!
