Spider-man4-without Tobey Mcguire as spider-man many of his fans will hate the franchise.
Saw4-might not be as bad. It has some plot it could cover to wrap it up. But it should stop after 4.
Die Hard 4-they're using the orginal characters so it might not be as bad as others.
The others are just companies attempts to milk the franchise for all its worth. The story was finished long ago and it only ruins the series by adding a pointless 4th sequel.

Good question. Here is why each will not be good.
Terminator 4 - Arnold may not be in it.
Indiana Jones 4 - Harrison Ford is really old now.
X-men 4 - Recent x-men films were bad.
Spiderman 4 - Toby Mcguire is not a good actor.
Rambo 4 - Sylvester Stallone is really old now.
Die Hard 4 - Bruce Willis is really old now.
Jurassic Park 4 - Running out of ideas why people would go back to an island inhabited by dangerous dinosaurs.
I think x-men four would be the worst.

Well, I'd have to say based on your list, it would have to be Rambo 4. Although, Rocky Balboa was awesome, I don't see how an older Rambo will work. But, I am very much looking forward to Indy 4 and Die Hard 4 (Bruce can still pull off John McClane with ease). Jurassic 4 might work, if they can come up with a better story than 2 or 3, and Spidey 3 will work if the cast and director all return. X-Men 4, though, will be tough, since it's harder and harder to keep such a large cast together. Hence the two spin off films.

If you base the 4th film on the quality of the previous 3, there is nothing worse than Indiana Jones 4. If you consider how incredibly good Raiders of the Lost Ark is, and how deep a drop in quality The Last Crusade was, I can see no hope for Indy 4.
Indy 3 brought in truly unnecessary humor with Sean Connery, a really neurotic self-awareness with the movies Oedipial acknowledgement, a terrible Allison Doody, a drunk Denholm Elliott, a weak villain in "Donovan" - and basically weak action sequences. It was apt that Spielberg made Hook not soon after Indy 3.
So, I think Indy 4 is a really bad idea.
They want to bring back Sean Connery. Lucas is coming off the worst movies in history(in the Prequels) and is completely being seen as a fraud in terms of talent, and totally out of touch with what makes a movie entertaining.
Harrison Ford is really burnt out. He doesn't care. This movie is his retirement check.
Spielberg/Lucas/Ford are all getting 20% of the gross, Paramount Chief Sherry Lansing said the movie had to make 600M worldwide to come close to breaking even. Now it is a new studio head in Brad Grey, but with that in mind, I will expect the movie's production to be totally gutted with all the up-front costs being so high.
It's really a shame how Spielberg and Lucas are multi-billionaires, and yet they will make a cheap, cookie-cutter movie that cuts technical corners, epic scale and creative chances. These guys truly have total creative control and a blank check, but are the most corporate of all filmmakers. These guys are the most Republican(in terms of street definition) of any media mogul. Mr. Burns from The Simpsons is more giving.
That, and they just hired Shia LeBouf as Indy's son. I have nothing against the kid. But he is too scrawny and weak to make the movie interesting. The audience wants more 300, and no more girlie boys in movies: Tobey Maguire, Shia LeBouf, Ben Affleck, Jake Gyllenhaal should all go back home.
But I think all of the 4 movies will be very bad. None of them have any real continuing story line from the previous films. They aren't real sequels where the story "needs" or can be told logically. They are just showing a bankrupt idea factory in Hollywood.

X- Men 4 isn't going to be X-men 4, but rather a Wolverine spin-off. They put the trilogy to rest and a spin-off does not count as an addition, otherwise Elektra would be Daredevil 2.
To answer the question, X-Men 3 had such a bad ending, that X-Men 4 would be the worst.

Rambo 4! The first one (First Blood) was a great movie. The 2nd one, Rambo 2, was pretty good. Rambo 3 was just ordinary. Now that Rambo is 60 years old, I don't see how it could be nearly as good as the first 2.

Based on how bad T3 and Rambo 3 were, I'd say the honor probably goes to them.
