No you shouldn't have to pay nor maintain ins.
You may pay alimony if you make a lot more than she does. But probably not because of the length on time you were married.

Divorce laws differ from state to state, but in some, all?, as long as you have not adopted the children, you have no obligation to pay child support. In my husband's insurance plan, if there were stepchildren (not adopted) on his medical benefit plan and a divorce occurs and the children no longer live in his house, he has to take them off of his medical plan --no choice there. I don't see how any Judge could hold you accountable to support children that you have no legal obligations for. Since your wife has a full-time job, I would think it unlikely you would have to pay support. If she is seeking alimony or any kind of support for her children, you should definitely hire an attorney if you haven't already done so. Good luck to you.

If her attorney sues you for alimony and you make enough, maybe you will, but you haven't been married 2 years yet.

Check out the state laws where you live. I know that when my in-laws got divorced after 38 years of marriage the judge ordered him to pay lifetime alimony, and when I got divorced I could have asked for it, but he was un-employed at the time so I asked the judge to put it in abayance, or on hold. I can file for alimony at any time I want to. I was married 15 years.

It also depends on why you are getting divorced.

Alot of this will depend on whether or not you adopted her kids as your own. If you make considerably more than her you might be paying spousal support. You may also have to carry ins. on the kids for a little while til she gets her own ins. on them. If you did adopt them then things change dramatically, with child support payments and visitation rights, etc. Good luck

1. First of all, you will have to divide all the marital properties and assets 50-50%.

2. If your income is significantly higher than hers, you may have to help her out for 1-2 years.

3. She will have to go after the kid's father(s), for the child support money. May be they are already paying.

4. If you can come to an agreement, out of court, whatever you two agree on, stays.

dont know where ur located, but i would say since she has a full time job as well and the kids r hers. the answer would be no spousel support. also i would think that since the kids rnt urs, and if u did not adopt them, their father should carry the insurance as well

good luck

no, you will not have to pay child support unless you have legally adopted the two children and as far as spousal support, you have not been married long enough for her to be awarded any

When you married her, you also married her children. I suspect you will pay child support until they are 18.
As for her, I am not that sure.
