Is this article true or just bullsh*t?

I was reading through a bunch of articles and came across this one that is pretty old (November 2006)

This article is the scariest thing that I have ever read. I remember reading a book telling about Ted Bundy's life and watching a film about Jeffrey Dahmer and they are very weak at scaring people.

I hope this article is bullsh*t. If it isn't, then we are f*cked.

I found another article. I haven't read it yet. I will after I get my nerves to stop jumping out of control so much.

I did not verify all the factual information in the article, but much of it I have seen elsewhere from reputable source. However, factual information only covers what has happened in the past and what is true now. No one can say with certainty what the future will bring. While his predictions may come true, I do not believe they are inevitable or even very likely.

I do believe we are in for some harder times on the economic front, largely because the "good economy" we have experience for the past six years have been created by excessive borrowing on both the individual and federal levels. That can only go on for a limited time period.

I did notice that the writer was not credited with any credentials. That makes me believe that there is good reason to doubt his credibility.

In summary, I think there is just cause for concern, but I see no reason to panic. Of course, that is only my opinion.

We've been heading in this direction for a REALLY long time, actually since FDR took us off the gold (and silver) standard.

What has me particularly worried is the blatant mismanagement of this nation under the past 2 administrations.

The "bubble" is definately going to burst, its only a matter of time when and just how bad it will be.
