is it possible to rekindle a relationship after a nasty divorce?

I hear of many couples that have a much better relationship after their divorce than when they were married. And some who even remarry.
But you'll have to look at what caused the divorce to begin with. If you don't solve that issue, then it'll just happen all over again.

What a question! Any relationship can be rekindled but you need to ask yourself why you dont want to just learn from the past and move on. What does your "other half" think? Why was the divorce "nasty"?
Anything is possible - not everything is desirable!

Rekindle to be in a relationship again? If you can both forgive each other and not throw it at each other when you argue. You'd have to bury it for good...
From my prspective with my ex hub, I could never forget, I see him as a completely different person that I don't really know.... depends on the circumstances.

It's not so much a matter of "a nasty divorce", we can all say and do things we don't mean when we are hurting. It's a matter of trust. When one partner betrays the trust of the other only total forgiveness can regain it. That's the hardest part and not everyone can deal with it.

anything's possible, but there was probably a good reason for the divorce, and the word nasty doesn't look good for you.
