Buy some books on "Trying to Concieve". THey are everywhere and have really good things in them from foods to raise fertility to excersizes to enhance fertility.
If u dont succeed, then perhaps the two of you need to get checked. Go to your obgyn and tell them u r trying to conceive, and they can schedule a sperm count procedure for him as well.
My ex husband and i tried for 8 years straight. Fertility specialists and all. No luck. 5 years after divorce, he has a 2 year old with a woman and I am currently 31 weeks pregnant.
Weird huh?
Good luck to u hun.

Help with what? If you mean TTC I would suggest using a ovulation kit. My husband and I was trying for 6 months. When we tried the kits I got pregnant on the 1st try. Good luck

Talk to your doctor, to see about fertility testing.
Try an ovulation test kit.
Take a small vacation when you think you will be ovulating so you can relax and enjoy the experience. Try to have fun.

Having sex too often decreases the sperm count - obviously - if you are having sex six times a day, which is great, his body is not going to be able to produce enough sperm fast enough - so - try it once every two or three days - he'll be bursting, but that is what you want, right?
