Find an agent (there are plenty)
There are alway open call for "normal people" meaning not serious in acting.

You need a head shot..but dont go spending a lot. The cheap way is:
1) Kmart, sear photo studio. take the cheapest 8x10 shot.

2) Go to a color copier place(kinkos) make 25 @ $1.00 a peice or less. Also by card stock paper. On the Card stock you will put a resume with name, contact information, age range( ex 12-18), size, body specifcs, and experience( you dont need much), also second langauage, accent, hobbies. You also have to put non sag, aftra, or any union. Make the letter big since you dont have much.

3) Place you pic the back of your resume with stick glue...not to much.

Now you have a tv resume that the agent will use to submit you for parts.

Trust me there are a lot out there.

hang out around where they have live broadcast shows.. like by MTV in times square (or whatever is local to you, if they have some show where they have crowd shots of people outside the studio, or whatever)

my other option is contact your cable company and find out what you need to do to get your own public access show, or special..

Be bold yet distinctive in that group of others stand out yet be conservative and confident people will pick up on this. When that moment arrives tell your story.
