no, it RARELY WORKS, atleast well, its VERY costly to do right and few know how, i know of only one instance where it worked well and the guy above said it, however its really not a good idea just do one, and to help u pick heres a turbo/super charger breakdown 101. turbo works in the high range of RPMs because it works using the engines rpms to get it going, its potentially unlimited hp gain however it lags and doesnt help at the lower rpms and if its big a civic engine wont get it running well at all. a super is powered directly seperatly, so it always is running at all rpms and adds a set amount of hp gain, so turbo is unlimited but takes a while to get going, and a super is limited (can be very high still though) and will always run when the cars on

I don't know if you can do both turbo and supercharging to a Civic ,but it has been done very successfully in the past (not inefficiently or stupid) On the Lancia Delta S4,one of the fastest rally cars of all time in group B cars of the eighties.Lancia pulled out of rally racing in the late 80's but to this day holds more World rally Championship wins than
any other car manufacturer, mostly because of the super and turbocharged Delta S4. SO MUCH FOR STUPID AND INEFFICIENT...

yes, its called twincharging. It has been used a few times in the past in various cars, but its inefficient, expensive, and stupid.
a well set up turbo kit will net you more power.
or just buy a car thats actually meant to be a sportscar. Selling your car and buying somehting with a large, cheap to mod engine will net you the cheapest HP gains by far. If you want power for cheap, the LS1 based F-body cars (SS camaros, trans ams, firebird formulas), or the LS2 based GTOs are great power:dollar ratio cars.

Go with the turbo charge... you could go to sites like honda-tech.com or b20vtec.com or clubcivic.com to learn more about that
depending on how much HP your trying to gain the more you pay... unless of course you build your own turbo, in which i wouldnt rec unless you know how to do all that of course

No you cant do both. Turbo with produce more boost making higher horsepower at high rpms, and a supercharger will make less power but throughout the rpm spectrum
