This Is All About 3 Things, Stamina, Leg Strength, And How You Eat. You Wanna Run Alot, But Not So Much That You Have Chest Pain. A Good 10-15 Min Daily Will Probaly Help (But Then Again I Dont Know Anything About You Height, Weight, etc.) Also Leg Presses, Jumping, Anything To Get Your Leg Strength Up! Also, Eat Lots Of Protein, But Of Course Stick With Some Fruits And Vegitables Too.

To quote an old, but true, football saying.....'You can't teach speed'. You either have it or you don't. That's not to say you can't minimally increase your speed but don't expect to go from a 5.0 40 time to a 4.5 40 time. A lot of hard work and you can increase it .1 maybe .2 better at most.

you will have to eat right and work hard my high school coach made us run 40 yard sprints as hard as we could go every day wearing weights on our ankles it builds your legs and may help you gain speed as well

buy a pitbull and tie a raw steak to your butt.. this should help you run faster or atleast die trying
