LOL.....I can't believe that people are still at it, wouldn't he have already been charged with a crime if it truly existed. With all the anti-Bush sentiments one of your fans would have found something by now - instead of continual lip service.

I think Congress would need to be RATHER specific in any investigation as to what their investigating... prior to re-enacting the old law.

Robert S., did congress have the prosecutor ask about the lewinsky bj? Repubs showed the Dems how to play dirty on this one. Once the investigation begins, all stones will be overturned.

Immediately, I believe they have already begun the process, but from what I understand Bush could be out of office before a trial could start. The investigations will still break up any other future hopefuls of the Republican party becoming heads of state in the future though.

Now that Congress is finally doing it's job of oversight we are seeing some progress towards much needed investigations. There are currently 53 seperate Congressional investigations into the dealings of the Bush Administration.

Bush has given Congress the rope, all they need to do is use it.

certainly and get as much evidence on Rumsfeld and the CIA about renditions and torture. Hopefully the lawyers in Germany can convict and imprison these monsters.
