If you are talking about the US Virgin Islands then your answer is no. It is just plain old long distance like an intrastate call. Also, if you are using a Cingular, Verizon or Sprint cell phone there are no extra charges to call the US Virgin Islands.

If you are calling the British Virgin Islands then yes it is an international call.

no it's not. it is considered long distance though. if you use a cell phone while down there (cingular/sprint) to call the states, it would just be considered regular airtime minutes.

No it's not. You can still get the same great rates from your phone carrier and chat for as long as you like.
