this was a film set in a disused mental hospital with building work being done and the gaffer killed everyone with implements used on old patients. He spoke on his mobile to his wife who was dead and the phone had no battery.

I saw a film in a mental institution once, it was a 70's film from the hammer studios I think. There was this Doctor guy and he applied for a job at an asylum ( I think the film was called the asylum and the guy from Worzel Gummidge was in it). Anyway he has the interview and the other Doctor working there sends him up to meet the criminally insane folks to see if he can guess which one is the mad man who lies but comes across as very normal. (the crazy man was also a Doc). So the guy goes up there, meets them all and listens to their scary stories (which were not scary!) and then comes back downstairs to tell the Doctor guy who he thinks is the Maddest of them all. It turns out the maddest of them all has already killed the Doctor working there and the Doctor who came for his interview has been talking to him all along. And there are no other staff coming for days.........Bummer.

Thant's when crazy Doctor does this maniacal laugh, that sends shivers down your spine. It was the only scary part of the film. Seriously.

It's Session 9. Really creepy film with David Caruso, Peter Mullan and Josh Lucas. Wish more people would watch this and see how a real scary horror film is made. I mean.. it was good despite having David Caruso as the lead. It's that good.
