Hello,

I recently sent an envelope with money in it to Washington. I live in California. I sent it 4 days ago and the receiver said he hasn't gotten it; I know he's not lying. Is it possible that it was stolen or there are delays? It could have been tempting, as it contained 100 dollars.. I havent gotten a COULD NOT DELIVER notice either.

Probably "lost". NEVER send cash through the mail.

well a few things
1. he's lying, but you said you KNOW he's not lying

2. delay, or it just takes that long, if you sent a letter to the philipines right now it would take about 2-4 weeks to arive

3. someone is doing something highly illegal and tampering with mail.

4. you forgot to put a stamp on it (I did this twice)

5. it is real bulky

7. your dog ate it when you weren't looking

8. your neighbor ate it when you weren't looking

9. you didn't pay attention to what you sent and what you put on it, and if you do pay attention to the things that you do, then you probably noticed number 6

11. you did not just look at number 6 did you?

12. if you did you probably noticed 10 also

13. no not really I hope this answer helped

14. you stopped at postbox, or some number 13 this is problably not lucky

I would wait awhile. Some of the mail in Chicago is taking 4 days to deliver locally. After seven business days counting Saturday, then I would be concerned. Good luck.
