her hymen might not even be in tact when she had sex. and to your question, no she is not a virgin, if you've had sex, it doesn't matter what the circumstances are, your not a virgin.

Anyone who has vaginal sex is no longer a virgin. But how do you know her cherry hasn't 'popped'? Some young girls rupture their hymens during sports or other activities. The state of her hymen doesn't determine whether a girl is a virgin or not. It's whether she has vaginal sex.

If she has had a penis in her vagina, she is no longer a virgin. Some girls don't have hymens or they were broken due to some other activity (bike accident, rough sports, etc.). So not every girl is going to bleed the first time she has sex.

Once a penis has been inside the vagina...the girl (and guy) are no longer virgins. The hymen has absolutely nothing to do with it.

No, because she knows she had sex and so does her partner. I don't know how her hymen wasn't broken unless her partner had a severely small penis or her hymen wasn't in place to begin with. Maybe she "popped" it bike riding or using a tampon.
