It usually takes a few days to get some relief...and I see it posted as an answer here, but you WON'T get an antibiotic to treat a yeast infection...taking antibiotics will GIVE 90% of females a yeast infection. It even says it's one of the most common side effects. One thing you can do is buy a package with an external cream you can put on the outside labia for relief during the day, or just take a small drop of the cream you already are treating with and put a little on.

Normally in a few days,but sometimes they may not clear up unless you take an anti-biotic.
I am assuming you are just using one of the OTC meds that you can get without a prescription....
