i am in the system for past 5 years my ex stole over $1000.000 dollars and left our buisness and now want to take the kid's away from be becaus i goy help when i want it to kill my self.what do i do now with this and also being diagnose with breast cancer too i am tired of crying every day i want to be free of him and his girlfriend.

In your present situation you don't seem to be in a good state to take care of your kids, I would enlist the help of other friends or family members to help you with the kids through this tough time, then concentrate on getting yourself back to good health, if you can't find family and friends that are able to help you you may need to let him take the kids until you are better
