Hi all......I am thirty one and a half weeks pregnant and yesterday I was drained and went to bed at 7:30 pm and slept till 6:30 am this morning and went to work. I was tired all day, and am now physically drained again. On top of that, I am having these cramps that feel like menstrual cramps. Just a dull ache and aching down into my legs and all. Just like my menstrual cramps used to feel.
Has anyone else had this and should I be worried?

My Sister-In-Law had these just last week...she's 31 weeks also, and they told her to go to the hospital for monitoring. While I never had these cramps, I had some pretty aggressive Braxton-Hicks at this stage, so please call your OB/GYN...no amount of cramping should go unreported.

Oh...and dehydration makes cramping/contractions worse...so stay up on your fluids,

Best wishes for a healthy delivery.

There is nothing to worry about. You are feeling these pains because your body is preparing itself for labor. That's normal. The fatigue is also normal at this point because your hormones are changing more as your pregnancy reaches the end and along with it you will feel moody or emotional too at times. Do not worry about this. Try to rest as much as possible but be sure not to lay too long in one position as it can make leg pains worse. Get some circulation. Round ligament pain is common at this point and sorry if its TMI but I have discovered that sex/orgasm really helps ease the aches and cramps that I get in my lower back and legs. It may help you too. But if you start getting severe pain, regular contractions or have bleeding then of course it is something to worry about and you should see a doctor immediately!

I am exactly 31 1/2 weeks prgnt and I am feeling the same way except with the cramps. you should call your dr becuase I don't think that it is normal. I'm also very very tired and all I want to do is slept and get away from everyone. talk to your dr so that you can avoid any complications.

Good Luck!
