Losing about 40-50 pounds would be great. I'm cutting back on junk food (I eat a lot of sweets and get fast food several times a week). I'm also trying to cut back on soda.

I want to lose 10 more pounds. I've been doing good so far with exercising 3 times a week and eating smaller portions of food. I've been doing good so far. It's just sticking to it that's the hard part.

no, they're going to pass away with time. i've got lost just about 40 pounds and that they are nevertheless right here, yet going away slowly. i recommend doing part crunches, the two sitting down or status up and keeping a weight (would not count number, start up out at around 5lbs) and leaning over to the left part (or which ever part the burden is on your hand) and save your ft flat on the floor as you lean out of your hips to get the burden to the touch your calf (or foot if a threat) and repeat on the different part. those have help me plenty in direction to dropping mine, so i'm fairly effective they're going to assist you too! I have already lost 5 pounds in the last two weeks.
I loose it pretty easy if I can just stay busy. Its hard though..no one wants to play in the sun with me.
