I feel horrible and want to write a wonderful thank you note, but also let them know that I didn't mean to leave them out. I've been on bed rest this last month and have been on some nasty medicine that makes my head spin and pregnancy doesn't seem to help with the whole brain thing.

A note would be great, you can also say that you made the list when you were on bed rest with that medicine that made you feel bad. If you want you could always tell them your mom finished the list for you and they must have accidently gotten left out or you can say you were wondering how come they didnt show up ( lil white lies are okay sometimes ;). Its up to you!!! You can invite them two over for dinner with you.. there are a ton of things you can do! Since they still sent you a gift maybe they are not as upset as you think!! Good Luck!

they will understand. being pregnant is rough. just be sure to write thank you note and explain that you didn't mean to leave them out.
