I came home after my concert finished early due to a fire alarm (we were performing Rites of Spring, can you believe it?) and she said that it was an accident and that he had forced himself upon her. I found two spent condoms on the floor and she said she did not know where they came from. Am I being made a fool of? She is currently undergoing therapy for Munchausen's syndrom by proxy so she is in a very delicate mental state. How understanding shoudl I be?

It appears you are being used. Have a conversation with her to determine more information. Be attentive, listening to her before passing judgment. Have you been tested for STDs? Was this reported to the authorities? Learn more before thinking you are being made a fool. If it was a break-in, by all means, notify the proper authorities. Otherwise, the alarm could go off again!

Wang, it is difficult to know the truth in the situation you describe, but I do know what it is like to live with someone with a mental illness (and I mean a severe kind, not just depression or something). It is emotionally and mentally exhausting. If you love her and want to stay with her, you should request joint counseling with her therapist to help you understand what is going on with her and how you can cope with it. Bring up this event to her therapist and see if you can get to the bottom of it with his help. If she really did cheat on you, and you add to that her mental instability, I'd get out of the relationship.

Ya right? Get a clue here. If she can't control herself then you need to file divorce.
She would expect you to be 100% faithful and not have any oopsies so why should she get freebies?
Seriously - look at it objectively - not sexually.
Your life in the future with a gal like that will be nothing but trouble -find someone better, honest, and willing to truly be committed.

I think she's playing you for a fool and hoping you'll use her therapy as an excuse. Yes, she is fragile so be careful how you talk to her about it and maybe speak to her doctor as well but you should not allow yourself to be used like that

Then you should have taken her to file rape charges seeing the guy forced himself upon a mentally ill woman.Tell her she is going to do that and if she refuses, divorce her.

you are a dump fool. if i was to cheat on my man i would want him to question whether i cheated on him accidently or was forced. look here nobody goes through two condoms while raping somebody (clearly that's what she is saying she was raped). i have no more words because that is just so stupid of you.

She could be cheating on you. Get a cheap little hidden camera, stick it in your bedroom, and leave for a while. Then when she's asleep look at the video and if she is divorce her.
