Ok well i have been off the ice for over a year now. I was going to start playing hockey again this coming fall about 5 months from now. I want to know some good drills to improve stick handling, endurance, strenght, etc. (played for about 5 yrs and have rollerblades if those r needed.)

For stickhandling skills and being able to receive a pass, use a tennis ball. It's really frustrating because it bounces so much, but eventually when you can control a tennis ball, a puck will seem easy.
