I like playing video games, but ones that fling around just make me feel like im going to puke. Everyone at work is talking about the newest Final Fantasy, and I would like to play it to. Does it fling around and make you see sick? A good example of a game i could never play was the original 007 on nintendo64. Games that dont show the person or the whole screen moves make me nauseous. Any other suggestions on good games that dont do that, that arent racing games or sports??

Like the others say, you control the camera so you should be able to move it at a speed that is comfortable with you. You might have a problem on th top floor of the Necrohall of Nabudis. On that floor isn't on the flat plain like all the other levels so it can be a little disorienting at first.

Unfortunatly most games now a days are in the same 3d environment so you are going to have much of the same problem with camera movements. You can check out gametap.com. The offer a lot of old school 2d games where you won't have camera problems.

If i could suggest something, I would go see your optometrist (eye doctor) about this issue. Most motion sickness as noting to do with moving and all to do with your eyes. Point in case: you are getting sea sick while sitting down in front of a TV. S/He might be able to prescribe a pair of glasses, or change in prescription that would help with that feeling. Also any recent head trama? A concussion or vertigo could be causing your nausea too. Might want to check with your PCP if you think these might be the cause.

If you are referring to Final Fantasy XII for ps2, no the camera does not move around, so it shouldn't cause any motion sickness or anything like that. It's a pretty good game. If you are referring to Final Fantasy VI on the Game Boy Advance, it's a 2D game so that shouldn't move much either.

I would think it is because the camera is moving a lot. Final fantasy the camera does not move unless you move it. You should stick with the role playing games if you are worried about it.
