i went to junior college, transferred to a 4 yr and then went to an excellent, very highly ranked medical school in the US (in the top 3) yes, you can do it.

Yes you do have to worry about your grades in high school if you are planning to attend college. They will affect your ability to get into that school, and any scholarships. However, once you are in college, they really don't matter. You can attend a junior college and transfer and still be a surgeon. You just need to make sure that the credits from the junior college will transfer into some kind of pre-med program at the 4 year school you will be transferring to.

I dont know about the first question but i can answer the 2. Of course you need to keep your grades up in high school that is one way that determines weather or not a college will accept you. Exspecially if you are in the 10th-12 grades is't very important.

Possibly, but it sounds like you're planning to go to a junior college to relieve some stress. Medical school is incredibly stressful, so if you're having trouble handling the stress in high school and you don't think you can handle a 4-year college, medical school probably isn't for you.

Depends on if you want to work on the living or the dead... Seriously - YES your grades matter. No a "Jr. College" is not the way to go. You need good grades and you need to lay off the weed there smacky!

I don't see why you couldn't. I think, these days, high school grades are more important than they used to be, especially the last two years.
