Inventing a word would not make it worth of being interior the dictionary, no rely how good that's. What makes some thing worth of being interior the dictionary is how particularly that's used. Dictionaries are descriptive, no longer prescriptive, meaning they are approximately what words maximum individuals use and how they use them, no longer approximately what words are good or undesirable or how somebody thinks they could want for use.

Dictionary? No. Donktionary? Yes. A Donktionary is a dictionary for stuffed toy Donkeys. When they define the meaning of a word, it goes in the Donktionary.
For instance - Innsbruck. A joke only Donkeys understand.
Wellington - The expression of exasperation used when no-one else understands the Innsbruck. (Serves them right for telling donkey jokes in front of bears).
Osmosis - Deliberately involving a third party in a crisis.
It just goes on...
