I think they are fine as long as you dont have tons of them. I have one over my belly button that says Carpe Diem. It's pretty cool. I dont mind people with tatoos, except for the people that have tatoos all over their arms and chest and legs, so much that you cant even see their skin.

That depends on what society... in the south seas, tribal tattoos are the norm, but they are frowned on in "high society". There is also the general look or style of tattoos... for instance, random & non-related ink looks tacky next to full body or good sleeves.

Well as a tattoo artist I have tattoos but not like suits like some artists I know I have some awseome sleeves but it seems my father and mother frown on them and most of there higher class friends but all of my friends who are in my crowd love them I think most ppl willa ccept but lots of high clas b----es wont so who cares! Do whatever the F*** u want

I have one on my right shoulder, this is a theory of course but I believe that its the era's colliding with one another one old era and one new one. When the old die it will be common and accepted but of course there is a degree of common sense meaning hey you go to an interview dont show your tattoos stupid!

By younger generations but most people older than 60 is not a fan. My grandmother hates all of mine. But my friends think they are awesome

I don't believe they are, especially on women. I'm sorry to say that some women look cheesy with tattoos.

I think so. People in all walks of life seem to have them, rich/poor, educated/uneducated, old/young.
