Yes, I have had past life regressions. I went into hypnosis with a specific question about the karmic cause for a present day experience. I believe the information that I received was the result of my sub-consciouses mind using the information in the storehouse of my mind to give me a story that answers my inquiry. Maybe I was or was not that person in that lifetime that I experienced. In the end it didn't matter because I received the information that helped me understand the present day issue.

Hypnosis is a natural psychological process in which critical thinking faculties of the mind are bypassed and a type of selective thinking and perception is established. Although some individuals experience an increase in suggestibility and subjective feelings of an altered state of consciousness, this is not true for everyone. In fact, some supposed hypnotic indicators and subjective changes can be achieved without relaxation or a lengthy induction by means of simple suggestion or waking hypnosis, a fact that increases the controversy and misunderstandings around hypnosis and the hypnotic state.

nope i haven't experienced it yet

Many past lives and I have even been able to document a few.
when you see the documentation it is a bit intense but survivable.
Some years ago we had a study group that did lots of different things in and with hypnosis. Past life regressions were one of the most popular. One of the people was a Brit that had studied for several years at the Pavlof institute in Moscow. He had several interesting ways of doing past life work. I will do past lives almost any time.
I am a long time hypnotist.

I don't trust past life regressions nuch because the hypnotist must be VERY specific or the subconscious mind in trying to be helpful will retrieve information about any previous life (not that person's previous life speficically.

This is why there are 100 or more people walking around fully convinced that they were Joan of Arc, Cleopatra, Julius Ceasar , etc in a previous life.

I have had a past life regression.....oddly enough I still don't know what I was in my past life or when it was. my Hypno-therapist was impressive though I guess I kept telling her that I was floating along a beach on some island I didn't know my name and I could not see myself but I saw other people who spoke another language than me collecting some fruit from a tree they saw me and feared me. I kept telling her I had come from the ocean and that is where I lived. I don't know what the hell it meant.

No hypnosis's........have had experience in meditation.
I know now of a number of past lives all having a similar theme to them. All progressive to this life.
I have had contact with others that lived in some of those past lives in their previous incarnations. They we all collaborated information and validated the lives, or confirmed via the others information.

Not me personally, but my friend wanted to go to hypnosis. She told me that during one of her sessions she was one of the holocaust prisoners suffering and she started walking slowly and with her hand on her back in agonizing pain like one of the old men imprisoned there

I had only one hypnotic experience where the hynosists took me back into time---I felt like the moment before sleep and conciousness --and he had told me to concentrate on a ring on my finger--this ring was my mothers' wedding ring --so when I concentrated fully on the ring in my hynoptic state I started reliving painful memories of my Mom and Dad. I started crying and I asked to stop. He encouraged me to continue but I refused. Later he told me I had a healthy mentality by stopping. It was painful to me so I never sought any more therapy of this nature.

no i haven't,but there are some things in our present live
that might give you some 'clues' ,about previous lives .
the human mind is “the collective conscious and unconscious processes that direct and influence mental and physical behavior.”
have you ever read "Many Lives,Many Masters ",by
PhD,.Bryan Weiss,it is an excellent one.He held steadfastly to conservatism, distrusting anything that could not be proved by traditional scientific method. But his patient, and her anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias, took him aback at what unfolded in the therapy sessions that followed, which jolted him out of his conventional ways of thought and psychiatry. For the first time, he came face-to-face with the concept of reincarnation .

No, I have been hypnotized, though.. Once my dad got hypnotized too and he was brought back to the first grade. He could name everyone in his class... It was funny because he was told to write his name and when he did his hand gnarled up like a six-year-old's does when he writes. He wrote his name just like he did when he was six!
