If you want to have sex, go for it. Just make sure you do the following.
Make sure you do it with someone who you love, and care about, and be sure they feel the same way for you. Dont lose your virginity just becuase you think its cool or your being pressured. Its OK to say NO. If your really not ready, then dont do it.

Most of all, be SAFE. Use a CONDOM. Dont ever play 'just the tip' or stupid games like that. If you/ or your partner is on the pill, STILL USE A CONDOM. Do it because YOU want to, and in a way that is going to make YOU feel good. Not the other way around

what do you mean which way? that is such an open question sweetie, but the main thing is the best way to have sex is with someone who makes you feel great inside - then whatever "way" you do it physically doesnt really matter - and if its your first time make sure ou feel as much love as you can for that person, and that they feel the same for you. ps - i have slept with many men, several different position, places, etc etc.... but you know what has been the best way for me? with the first person who i have ever truly loved, who feels the same way about me.
