Hi,
If you really want to increase your vertical jump you need the vertical project program , its a bit expensive but you can refund it completely in 60 days , http://deals-guide.com/TheVerticalProject.html
This is the best program you will ever find

box jumps:
find a box and jump on and off it.

squat jumps:
squat till your butt is parallel to the floor, then jump as high as you can. Right when you land jump immediatly. That one rep.

jump roping like the other guys said.

with a tennis ball, practice dunking. When you get that down, move on to a volley ball or soccer ball.
You'll look kinda goofy, but it helps!

well if you dont want to do it with weights, just do sit down in a chair, put your feet flat on the ground and push up with the top of your foot (calf raises) you can also do power hops, and you can grab a box and jump onto in 10 times, then jump onto it hortizaly 10 times, then jump 1 leg 10 times (both legs)
