If he's cheating - kick him to the curb.
He has no respect for you - that won't change.

Wow, lot's of very opinionated people here that really have no idea as to what they are talking about.
I've been engaged to an inmate for the past 4 years, he's been locked up for 14, we've been together off and on for 25 years. There is a real possibility for former inmates to come out reformed and make something of their lives. I've seen this happen numerous times. I've also seen many who come out and go right back to the previous life style.
It sounds to me as if you unfortunately have gotten involved with the latter. It doesn't seem like he truly cars about you or how you feel. He doesn't have any respect for all the years that he was locked up and you stood by his side. I have a feeling that this is just a first in string of mistakes that he is going to make. The first mistake of his demise if you will. With all the inmates I've known over the years, your husband sounds like one of the ones that will eventually find himself back on the inside.
No one can tell you what to do, you have to decide for yourself what you are and are not willing to live with from him. I can only tell you that if it were me, I would leave him.

Are you serious?
If I understand the math behind your question, then you married him while he was in lock-up before you even met him!
You should probably forget about reforming him,and take a good hard look at your priorities!
Let's pretend for a moment that he was never in prison...
He's on the 'net, and he's gettin' his chat on with other ladies?
If you know about this then he's not tryin' too hard to keep his activities hidden!
You're bein' played! You been played from day 1!
I know it's not an easy thing to hear, but it's true!
Get your azz in gear, and shift him right on outta yer door!
Show yourself a little more respect, and you might find a REAL man who will also respect you!

A person who has spent 10 years in prison,,, well he will more than likely try to make up for lost time. He will try to do everything that he could have done in those 10 years, he will more than likely have affairs, he certainly will not be faithful, not now, give him a few years, he might want to settle down after he was ran around, and be prepared, it might not be with you.

you ought to attend, the guy in penitentiary won't be a similar using fact the unfastened guy. whilst they arrive abode they experience they have missed plenty they should get out and do each little thing they are grown sufficient to do and the ladies persons are caught only as on my own as they have been at the same time as the lads have been in penitentiary. My adventure is that men tend to choose to settle in those form of circumstances only using fact they want somebody to be there for them for the era of their incarceration. human beings replace over the years and become diverse persons, so so you might get to be attentive to him in the past you marry him. Loving somebody using fact they fathered your babies isn't comparable to being in love with them. make optimistic this is the final effect on your babies and you.

you have a partner that has told you everything you wanted to hear...until he got released. now, he's "free"...& you are in for a life of misery. no matter what you do, it's going to be wrong. no matter what you say, you are stupid. he will lie to you with every breath he takes. i have so much sympathy for you. you should have asked this question 6.25 years ago. i could go on typing for hours about this subject. but i won't. i'm very opinionated on inmates and their personalities. i could very well be wrong about this man. but, i don't think so. i wish you the very best of luck. you will need it.

nothing form nothing leaves nothing- ya gotta have nothing if you want to be with him, You will end up with a broken spirit/heart and financially to the wall with this man. He has had ten yrs. of time and no contact with the physical aspect of his life so expect the worst cause you ain't seen nothing yet.

Don't expect much. He's in there because he is dishonest. Why would you put yourself through something like that. There are some wonderful people in this world. Give yourself more credit than to think that is all you deserve.
