Ok so im confused. when your trying to get pregnant and you need to try when your fertal... and everyone says to start 14 days after your period so is it the day after your period or do u start the 14days the day your period start... or do you start the 14 days after the last day of your period... im so confused i wanna know cuz me and my fiance are trying and we tried the day after my peirod and everything so i just wanted to know plz HELP

There are a lot of websites that can let you know when you are fertile. Just search ovulation calendar and lots of sites will pop up. It will ask you the date of your last period and approximately how long between your periods as well.To get the most accurate dates I would try a few sites and then compare all the dates to get a rough estimate. It worked for me I'm 7 weeks pregnant.

Women who have regular periods can easily calculate when ovulation occurs. Ovulation almost always happens 14 days before you expect your period. For a woman who has 28 day cycles, that would be in the exact middle of the cycle, 14 days after the last period and 14 days before the next one. Women who have 30 day cycles can expect to ovulate 16 days after the last period, which is 14 days before the next one

here is some more confusion, it is only 14 days after your period STARTS for those girls on a perfect 28 day cycle. for everyone else, you ovulate 14 days BEFORE the next period starts

I've never been fertal that I know of...couldn't even find the deffinition of the word...were you perhaps meaning feral?
