You should eat plenty of fruits, vegetable, whole grains, and beans (soy and other). Some dairy products but not too much. As little meat as possible -- maybe once a week or less. Very little sugar and processed foods. Olive oil or butter for cooking -- no lard or margarine.

You will be healthier and your performance in bed will even improve. Heavy meat eaters are usually lousy lovers. Maybe it's the hormones they feed the animals. Maybe it's the fat clogging the blood supply to the penis. Maybe both. But vegetarians are usually great lovers.

The simple answer is: food. Foods that you can recognize as coming from a farm. Dairy, vegetables, grains, meats, fruits. Try to eat colorful foods and lots of variety. If it comes from a can or box and has more than a few ingredients, is fuill of sugar, or has any ingredients you don't recognize, it's not really food, it's processed nutrition.
