My son chipped his tooth playing ice hockey. I'm trying to encourage him to wear a mouth guard. What brand/type of mouth guard do you Hockey players out there recommend?

Shock Doctor mouthguards are good.
They come in different sizes and colors. You can get them attatchable to your helmet or in a case. YOu can also get them specialized for braces. They are pretty cheap to (about $15). They aren't custom, but custom isn't cheap. I use one of them and its comfortable. They are easy to fit too. You just dip them in boiling water and bite down for a great fit.

The clear plastic ones that have a snap to attach to the helmet. You can cut that off. They cost less than $10, are found at any sports store and they work great. boil it in water, dip in cool, and bite. Custom fit.
