you can them off the internet.....the best place to file them would be the courthouse.

I got my divorce by filing at the courthouse, they had the papers. No lawyer fee just court cost. easy.

You file with the county clerk at your county courthouse.

You ask a complicated question. There's a lot of things to consider.
If it's an uncontested divorce it shouldn't cost to much our office charge about $500.00 for uncontested and no kids.$800.00 uncontested with kids uncontested.
You should at least talk to an atty. to make sure you don't get jammed up.

you can probably get all the forms online... check out these sites... The top is a search engine for your community.... you may qualify for legal aid... those are free/cheap lawyers for family court...
the 2nd is a link to your state's laws...
