Wow, hard one here, the DDT is probably one of my favorite moves of all time. It's so simple, yet incredibly devastating. I would say that there is probably a tie between Jake Roberts, Raven, and Arn Anderson. Jake made it famous, Raven took the deadliness of Jake's and added his own twist of evil to it, and Arn had to most skullcrackling snap DDT probably of all time. There are some guys that have great DDTs out there that you wouldn't normally think of: Carlito had a great DDT when he first debuted. Val Venis used a sweet DDT when he was using the Chief Morley gimmick. Trevor Murdoch uses a good DDT. Obviously Tommy Dreamer has a badass spike DDT. Those of course are just regular versions of the move. Jamie Noble busts out an awesome DDT with his opponent hanging on the top rope. Rodney Mack used to use a DDT on a kneeling opponent that look really painful. Lita's legsnap DDT is incredible, as is Edge's elevated DDT. Of course I'll agree with Foley's Double Arm DDT goodness. Mickie's DDT is awesome, as is Chris Sabin's argentine backbreaker into DDT and tornado DDT. I know I'm forgetting some more that I'll kick myself about later. As you can tell, I very likely have an unhealthy fascination with this move, but I would definitely give my final votes to Jake, Raven, and Arn. Wow, I wrote down those three letters 15 times in my answer.

Ive only ever seen one guy actually beat someone with the DDT and that is jake the snake roberts. So he must have the best DDT.

Either Jake "The Snake" Roberts (the guy who invented the move) or The Rock (because of the way he springs back to his feet after executing it) has the best DDT of all time.

Jake the Snakes was great but AA Arn Anderson had the killer. One time, in a match not seen on t.v., AA ddt someone so hard that the guys face was missing when he got up. True story.

I'd say Mick Foley. yes, even though Jake Roberts did invent the move, The double armed DDT is a very painful move, and especially when it's elevated.
