Is there a site that lists U.S companies that moved out of the States for tax breaks, & how much they saved ??

If we were all smart and wealthy we'd all be foreign companies. That's why all the shipping companies are listed as Liberian companies. They pay a yearly or contractual fee rather than taxed on income.

I am not aware of a table that would tell who has moved that would be private corporate information. However, NFIB would be a great place to start looking or try the US Chmber of Commerce

If any companies do move out for tax reasons, they won't admit it. It's my opinion that they move out for many reasons ... labor costs, taxes, being closer to suppliers, etc.
