Interesting question. All I'll say is, this past winter (I'm in the Washington, DC area), I noticed that different people 'spark' static electricity differently.
Walking across the same fluffy rug, standing up from the same fluffy chair, in multiple instances, different people would touch some grounded metal location and the amount of static electricity spark would vary greatly. Everything from no spark to a seriously painful jolt. And the variety seemed to be more than just different atmosphere conditions would account for.

Actually, we do not emit electricity but an electromagnetic field with frequences that vary depending on the strength and colour of our aura. You may feel that the attraction to someone suddenly increase as the fields unite.
