I know exactly how you feel! (I'm not aloud to go to the bathroom by myself in a restaurant and I'm sixteen!) Try just asking you to just umm... see the ceremony and avoid any and all contact with you (but put it nicely).

If this is a usual bat mitzvah, it will probably not be embarrasing to have her there at all. Probably your friends' whole synagogue, and her whole extended family will be there. And just because your mom comes doesn't mean you have to sit with her.

Just ask your mom if you can go, you don't need to give her the invitation, if you feel that strongly about it.

You are overreacting! Odds are there are going to be a lot of parents there, it's not a big deal at all. No one is going to care whether your mom goes or not. Just go and have a good time!

Tell her you don't want her to come and to trust you. If she could just let you go out by yourself this time.

Tell her that you are growing up and don't need her, so if she wants to come, avoid all contact. Just say that VEEEEEERRRYYYY carefully.
