Everyone's saying that Durant is going to comparable with Garnett, but i see him as a much better Josh Howard. Josh Howard is a great defender, he can shoot from anywhere on the court, and he can dunk. Josh is 6'7-6'8 and Durant is 6'9. They're just about as close as you can get. Will Durant be a better J-ho?

Durant will be better than Josh Howard. I watched Josh Howard progress at Wake Forest and he's great, but Durant has way more talent than Howard and is much further along than Howard was at the age of 18. I think Durant is a more versatile offensive player regardless of the fact that Durant is a lot younger.

First of all, J-Ho has got to be the WORST nickname in the history of the NCAA. That said, I agree except one thing: Howard is an exterior defender, and Durant is a shot blocker. I see Durant as a Marion-esque player.

I'm a Josh Howard fan and even I say Durant is going to be better than him.

haha, I agree with Beast's comment about Howard's stupid nickname.
Durant is gonna be 100 times better than that weak "J-Ho".

I have seen Durant and i feel he may be one of the best young players to ever emerge. Even with pressure on him he doesn't get stirred and makes the play. I haven't seen anyone this year that is compareable
