You can't do it 'on the e-mail' but you can do it if you have a computer. You'll need to know the city the person you're looking for lives in, and that person's 'name' ... it's usually the 'full name' (last, first, middle in that order) but could be last name and initials or a different combination. Go to any good 'search engine' and type in 'phone books' and the name of the city you want ... then look in one or all of the phone books from that city to find the person's phone number you want.
