"Between Husband and Wife" by Stephen Lamb is really good. Reading "The Holy Temple" by Boyd K. Packer is also a good idea because it will give you some insight into the temple and its purposes.

I really like the books I've read from Family Life ministries. http://www.familylife.com/marriage.asp They also do conferences for couples and have articles on their website.
Another book I really liked is "I Will Never Leave You" by Hugh and Gayle Prather. They're a husband and wife team who talk about their own marriage as well as use examples from couples they worked with in their ministry and counseling careers.

Night Light by James Dobson, The Couples' Devotional Bible, 15 Minute Devotions for Couples by Bob & Emilie Barnes, and What Every Husband Needs from His Wife by Melanie Chitwood. Great reads! Good luck! May God bless both of you and your marriage.

The best thing for newlyweds or engaged couples is to do devotions rather than read a book. You both get to do input at the end and you get a great message that will help you both to understand each other more.
