I have heard that it is going to come out that Claire is Jack's sister. Has anybody else heard this and where did you hear it from?

Yes. I almost guarantee they are. Remember the episode with the Ana-Lucia flashback. Jack's dad stopped at some Australian woman's house. I bet it was Claire's mom!!
