It depends on what form of sugar cane you are looking for. If you are looking for the plant form go to local plant nurseries in your area. You might want to call them first. Or you can find a way to smuggle it in from Hawaii. If you are looking for it in the form of sugar crystals you can go to any Starbucks in your area and seal it from them or you can usually find it at any local supermarket. Hope that helps.
