oh yes...transfer it to bricktopsglasses bank plc, i'll give you my account details via email ;-)

Yes you can. The whole of the ISA from previous years can be transferred and you can also invest up to £3000 from April this year.
You could take the accumulated interest to date out before investing in the new provider's scheme.
The best companies will be advertising very shortly - keep your ear to the ground!!
