I HATE IT when guys wear pants 4 sizes too big, and they are always falling down, and their undies are showing, and they have to walk around bow-legged to keep them from falling down around their ankles! That cannot be comfortable. I like to watch "Cops" when they arrest guys with baggy pants and they actually DO fall down! What a hoot! I also hate when girls wear low-riders with their butt-floss sticking out the top- ICKY!!!

In the late 90's, even middle-aged white men started baggin' and saggin', but then fashion moved on. Hip-hop remains a subculture, just like Goth, so that is where the trend remains alive and well. Skateboarders like their pants loose, too, so they can move around. Now, the fashion world is making pants most suited to 12 year old anorexic boys, so watch for the next wave of looser fitting clothing to move in (check out Armani's menswear for an elegant take on this look).

wow, I didn't know it was a "thing." But okay...
I just wear baggy jeans because they fit and are comfortable. But I guess some people wear them to get noticed? Are you talking about the kids who wear them sagging past their butt? Man, I don't even KNOW what that's about! I just know that I CAN'T STAND IT.
