The University of Chicago Law School, without a doubt.
They're also one of the top ten (sometimes, top 5) law schools in the US. US News & World Report ranks them as 6th nationally this year.
Northwestern University (which is not strictly in Chicago) would also be a consideration (top 20).
Loyola (IL) doesn't usually make any ranked list.

Loyola Chicago is far from the best.
The best is Univ of Chicago. Northwestern is also very prestigious.
An analogy would be like a Mercedes S600 (U of Chicago) and an Audi A8 (Northwestern) followed by a Toyota Camry (Loyola). Certainly the Camry is respectable, but we're not talking prestige here.
