i would like to pay off all my loan before i get court orders. filing for bankruptcy is the last thing on my mind. i have a bad credit and been turned down by banks and loan agencies. i need this help very badly.

There is a new website called www.prosper.com where you can post a loan request and multiple lenders in the Prosper community can bid on your loan. This gives you a better interest rate than you can get from banks or credit cards, and gives the lender higher rates than a savings account. Check it out. I've been using the site for about a year now. It is really cool.

You should think of a good plan, that will take a few weeks, not something that will save you over night, because that's the sure way to get into more trouble...I read you can fix your credit, take a look at this article:

have you checked with sub-prime lenders... the rates will be higher but at least you'll get the money if you need it badly... otherwise wait a month and bring your Fico up .... also.. having over 3 credit cards is a bad thing...
